July Design is my home studio, away from the computer most days and designed to be an uplifting, creative place of art and inspiration!
My love of creativity was inspired by my Mom. ;))
Growing up, I remember her always crafting and sharing her love of sewing, floral arrangements, macrame and tole painting. She opened her own very successful party supply store in her 50’s, gave classes, learned professional balloon decorating and decorated dozens, maybe hundreds of weddings, showers and special events over a decade or so. It brings me joy to look thru her photo albums of projects and read the testimonials from so many happy brides and families!
For me, what started out as a journey of color, paint, paper, ink and hand lettering through decades of arts and crafts, magazine collage and art journaling, has grown since 2015 to include wedding invitation design, calligraphed envelopes, custom calligraphed pieces, My Little Line of Calendars, Cards, Magnets, Art Journal Pages, Ornaments and BIG Paintings.
